Beautiful beachfront stay The hotel was nice — loved the beachfront room and the large balcony! The food was a bit pricey, and the options were limited unless you ventured off the resort. The menu didn’t change much from day to day, which was a bit of a downside. However, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Overall, not a bad choice at all — I’d definitely go back!
Had a great one week stay! The apartment while on the smaller side was very well laid out and had all amenities with the exception of laundry which is a shared facility but each floor has a laundry room which is convenient and easy to use. The buildings are shaped and oriented so every room has a view toward the ocean. Facilities are well maintained and easy to access with plenty of pickleball and tennis courts along with a fitness center. The outdoor pool is much bigger than expected and perfect temperature. The staff is great here. Everyone from front desk to security are incredibly helpful and friendly. We always got a smile and wave at the security outpost when they saw our pass and the front desk was always ready to help. The location on the island is excellent as all errands can be done within a 5-7 minute drive and you simply walk out of your room and onto the beach in a blink.
My family & I have been coming to this resort for 4 + years & have always enjoyed our stay. I would recommend booking the admirals row or ocean front view (more rooms, better accommodations and view). Our rooms have always been clean and have never had any issues. The security getting in makes it feel extra safe and you’re truly so close to everything. Being right by the beach is always a plus and having restaurants on the resort as well. The pool is big and always clean, plenty of room for lounging. We love coming here and will be back as always :) (the buildings are older so a renovation in the near future would be nice).
This resort is one of my favorites! Our stay in the 1st floor tennis villa was perfect! Just a 4 minute walk to the most perfect beach or to the very large pool and hot tub. Also Our Villa over looked the lagoon which provided a tranquil place for morning coffee and evening wine. We were also treated with visits from turtles as well as an ALLIGATOR! The giggles and squeals from our children is a memory I will hold in my heart for ever. There are 3 on site restaurants, bike rentals , work out factories, and laundry. Also a trolly stop that will take you to all the attraction on the island so no need to drive unless you want to. I will be back for sure! Great place to make treasured memories!
We stayed at Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort during Christmas break and had a wonderful experience. We were in the Admiral building which has beautiful ocean views. The room was clean, spacious, and had a full kitchen with everything we needed - perfect for a family vacation. The property felt very safe and secure, which was important to us traveling with kids. The resort has nice amenities including a fitness center and tennis courts that we enjoyed using. Location-wise, it's great - close to all the major restaurants and attractions on the island, so we didn't have to drive far for anything. Overall, it was a great choice for our Christmas vacation. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Compared to all other condos near beaches on Hilton Head Island, this place is the best. Clean, good management, restaurants on site, simply so much better than other condos on the island
Rented one bedroom unit. Host and unit were great. Maybe not ideal for some people that want more privacy. Nice units and location, but, it is a large multi floor unit with several buildings.
This was our first time on HHI and our stay at HHI Beach & Tennis checked all of our boxes! Our Villa was perfect for us. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. The guards were all pleasant and professional. Everything on the resort was well marked. However, the restaurants, although convenient, the staff wasn't friendly, the food was less than impressive and way overpriced. $25.50 for a 6 pack!?! The pool was refreshing and very clean and the beach access was spectacular! Overall, lots of lessons learned but we would stay here again and recommend to others.
